How long does the process take?

As little as a few hours depending on customer credit, vehicle accessibility, etc. Your new vehicle can be delivered within 6 hours of application submission and credit approval.


Where can I get my car serviced?

With certain Manufacturers such as BMW, Lexus & Toyota, maintenance is included with your lease and can be taken to any dealership nationwide. For all other Manufacturers, we advise our customers to service outside of dealership and will often recommend preferred service locations to save clients even more money.


Will you really get me the best price?

Yes. With numerous VIP contacts throughout Los Angeles, California and nationwide, we are certain that we are able to secure the best price for our customers. We receive monthly programs directly from Manufacturers including factory rebates, special APR, hidden cash rebates & wholesale pricing guidelines.


I work for a Fortune 500 Company that provides additional discounts through certain manufacturers. If I buy through InsiderAuto, will I be able to use my company discount?

How do you make money?

We charge clients a very reasonable, flat service fee based on (less than 1% of) the MSRP of a car. For example, the service fee for a BMW 330i with an MSRP of $41,325 is $300. Our service fee covers the labor required to identify and locate the right vehicles, negotiate on your behalf, process paperwork and coordinate with clients, sales managers, finance departments, delivery personnel, etc. This service fee is often less than 10% of the total savings achieved on a client’s new vehicle.


What if I have really bad credit?

We work hard behind-the-scenes to get you approved with the best possible terms. Some manufacturers and banks are easier to work with than others for low credit scores, so we prefer to know our clients’ credit situation (without running your credit upfront) before we broker deals to avoid any surprises.


What information and documents do I need to provide?

For first time buyers, banks usually require proof of income such as 3-month bank statements or most recent pay stub. They will also require proof of residence such as a cell phone or utility bill.
